We have 30 days return policy. That means If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

In the event that your order doesn’t reach you within the specified timeframe detailed in our Refund Policy, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund for your purchase.
Remember that you must contact us first for returning the product for eligible for the return.
We accept the return under the following conditions:
- Receiving an item in a damaged or broken condition.
- Receiving a product that differs in design, size, or material, or is the wrong item altogether.
- Noticing inconsistencies compared to the original product description.
- Part of your order is missing from the package.
- It’s not pass 30 days.
- Products must be new and resell condition.
We cannot accept items that have been worn, laundered, altered, show defects (unless originating from us), are missing original tags, or have minor thread imperfections.
Return and Refund Process
- To initiate your refund request, please reach out to us at support@mincekisses.com and attach the necessary documents.
- Expect our response within 2 to 3 business days. Following that, please follow additional instructions based on the specific situation.
- Once you receive our confirmation email together with shipping label (you need to download and print it), you can proceed to send the package back to the provided address.
- Please be aware that customers do not have to bear the shipping cost.
- There is no Restocking Fee.
Refund Processing Time
- The processing time for the refund can extend up to 2 business days from the moment we receive the returned item.
- The refund will encompass the full amount, excluding the original shipping fee.
- Please consult your bank and credit card company regarding any potential delays.
- If your refund is not received within 10 days, please get in touch with us at support@mincekisses.com.
Order Exchange
We offer exchange. But if any exchange products not available in stock the customer need to wait for re-stocking or customer can request for refund. If exchange products are available, customer must return the original item to us first. Once we received it, we will send you the exchange product. In this case, customer has to pay for return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
For cancellation any product, please contact with us within 24 hours. So that we immediately take action.
Custom Duties
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for any information about customs policies that apply in your country.
We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
If packages are undelivered for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise and the order will NOT be eligible for a refund. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
